Absolutely. We coordinate with vineyards in advance to accommodate any dietary needs — gluten-free, vegan, allergies, and more. Just mention this in your inquiry and we'll handle all communications with each stop on your behalf.
Full cancellations made 14+ days before the tour receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule credit. We understand things come up — contact us as early as possible and we'll work with you.

Many vineyards offer food options — we'll help you plan accordingly. You're also welcome to bring your own charcuterie, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages in the van. We don't have a specific food package, but we can recommend catering partners in Fredericksburg if you'd like a full spread prepared in advance.
